Shipping Information

We work hard to get your beautiful new Farm Rio pieces to you as quickly as possible!

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Flat rate fee of $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please Note: We ship globally but are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want every Farm Rio piece to bring you as much joy as it brings us to create it! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better.

💫 Important Hygiene Note: To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:
  • Swimwear (Bikinis and One-Piece Swimsuits)
  • Bodysuits
  • Any intimate apparel
These items are considered final sale.

Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Request Your Return or Exchange

    • I understand that swimwear, bodysuits, and intimate apparel cannot be returned unless defective.

Step 2: Wait for Approval and Instructions
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with approval and instructions for your return or exchange, including a return authorization number.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include the original packing slip with your return authorization number written on it. Ship your return to:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Step 4: Processing Your Return or Exchange
Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for processing returns
  • 5-7 business days for processing exchanges

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return.
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on returned items.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items
