Our Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
💫 Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Swimwear (Bikinis and One-Piece Swimsuits)
- Bodysuits
- Any intimate apparel
These items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Request Your Return or Exchange
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Wait for Approval and Instructions
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with approval and instructions for your return or exchange, including a return authorization number.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include the original packing slip with your return authorization number written on it. Ship your return to:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Step 4: Processing Your Return or Exchange
Once we receive your return, please allow:
- 3-5 business days for processing returns
- 5-7 business days for processing exchanges
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on returned items.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label.
